AES Vietnam and PV Gas awarded 100 Tet gifts to households in Binh Thuan province

AES Vietnam and PV Gas cooperated with Ham Tan Women's Union and local authorities to give 100 Tet gifts to disadvantaged households in 3 communes: Son My, Tan Thang and Thang Hai in Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan province.

The activity was organized to support Ham Tan Provincial People's Committee's call for helping disadvantaged households during the traditional Lunar New Year. The gifts were given to households by representatives of AES Vietnam – the investor of CCGT Son My 2 Power Plant project, PV Gas – the joint venture partner of AES Vietnam in Son My LNG terminal project, Ham Tan Women's Union and local government.

This is one of the activities under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of AES and its joint venture partner PV Gas focusing on 4 main pillars: Education, Health, Livelihood and Infrastructure, aiming to make a permanent difference and improving the quality of life of more than 200,000 people in local communities in Vietnam.
