Cuong has had more than 15 years of experience leading stakeholder relationships in big international companies across different countries from Europe to Asia.

Before joining AES, Cuong served as Global Partnership Director of Vinfast; and Chief Strategy Officer of VinAI. Previously Cuong served in meaningful roles as Head of Large Partner Solutions for Google Singapore, Vice President of Global Affairs of FPT Group in Hanoi, Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, FPT Deutschland GmbH, Essen Area, Germany and Embassy of Vietnam in Slovak Republic Bratislava. 

Cuong graduated from Comenius University in Bratislava and majored in International Relations & Comparative Laws. He has got Doctor of Law from Pan-European University. 

As a Government Affairs Director, he will be responsible for stakeholder engagement strategies and managing all aspects that may impact on a business’s brand and reputation to support the sales transactions process as well as business development opportunities in Vietnam.
