Anh joined AES Vietnam in 2013 and has more than 20-year experience as a legal practitioner in Vietnam.

Anh leads the Legal and Compliance Department of AES Mong Duong Power Co. Ltd. and provides internal legal and compliance services for the construction and operation of Mong Duong 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant. On the development side, Anh manages the same area of expertise for Son My CCGT Power Plant Project and supports other AES initiatives in renewable energy and storage.

Prior to joining AES Vietnam, Anh held several key positions in international companies and firms. She was the Legal Director of Huawei Technologies (Vietnam) Co. Ltd., the Assistant Project Director of Lerap operated and managed by Bearing Point Management and Technology Consultants, and a lawyer of Pham & Associates.

Anh is a registered lawyer of Hanoi Bar Association.

Anh obtained her LLM. in international economic and business law from the Graduate School of Law of Kyushu University under the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship by Japanese Grant Aid. She has a bachelor’s degree in international and economic law from Hanoi Law University. Anh also went through several legal training courses, including those organized by the School of Law, University of Queensland, Shanghai WTO Affairs and Consultation Center, the World Trade Institute in Berne, Maastricht University, University of Victoria, and Ottawa University.
